Paintball Adrenaline :: Field Gear :: Paintball Fill Stations :: CMI professional fill station Dual valves

CMI professional fill station Dual valves #2455
CMI professional fill station Dual valves  This is for filling co2 only. This is made by CMI.

Here is some general information about paintball fill stations that you will need to know before you get your own fill station!

1) You will need to tell the industrial gas company that you will need a Siphon tube also called a dip tube. This is very important so that your tanks will fill properly.

2) The common sizes of big co2 tanks are 20 pounds, 50 pounds and 75 pounds. No matter what size tank you go with the last 10 pounds of co2 is not usable. Its used for pushing the co2 into the smaller tank. So if you get a 20 pound tank your only getting 10 pounds of good co2. So if each person has a 16 ounce tank then you will get 10 fills of 16 ounces each. The cost of filling up a 20 pound tank is about 12 dollars usually. You can also figure out how many fills you will get with a 50 pound tank roughly 40 fills if each fill was 16 ounces and a 75 pound tank would get you about 65 fills if each fill was a 16 oz tank. If you are playing with over 20 guys i would recommend getting a 50 pound tank or larger. Keep in mind though the 50 and 75 pound tanks weight about 300 pounds full.

Hope this helps you make your decision easier when choosing what route to go when setting up your own paintball fill station!
